This is not your standard graduate role. You won't be stuck doing admin work or sitting on the sidelines. From day one, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and transformation leaders helping enterprise clients explore and implement real-world AI solutions across industries including energy, healthcare, financial services, education, and government.

Whether you're finishing your degree or already graduated, this is an opportunity to build cutting-edge AI capability while working on meaningful transformation programs that genuinely impact how organisations operate.

We're open to candidates looking to start part-time while completing university, transitioning into full-time once studies are complete.

By joining Tranzformd, you will work with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This may include, but is not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities

As an AI Engineer Graduate Consultant, you'll help design, prototype, and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients and internal innovation initiatives. Depending on your skills and interests, you may work across:

• Building AI applications, automations, and proof-of-concepts using modern AI technologies
• Developing and integrating Large Language Model (LLM) solutions into business processes and digital products
• Working with structured and unstructured data to generate insights and improve decision-making
• Supporting AI strategy and innovation workshops with clients
• Experimenting with emerging tools across generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and AI copilots
• Collaborating with consultants, developers, business analysts, and solution architects on transformation programs
• Assisting with prompt engineering, AI testing, model evaluation, and continuous improvement activities
• Helping organisations understand how AI can practically improve operations, customer experience, and ways of working
• Contributing to internal innovation initiatives, accelerators, and thought leadership within Tranzformd

What We're Looking For

We're less interested in "perfect experience" and more interested in curious people who love technology, solving problems, and building things.

You might be studying or recently completed a degree in:

• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Artificial Intelligence
• Data Science
• Information Technology
• Mathematics or related disciplines

We'd love to see exposure to some of the below (but you do not need all of them):

• Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages
• AI/ML frameworks or APIs
• Generative AI tools and LLM platforms
• Data engineering or analytics concepts
• Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• GitHub or collaborative development tools
• Personal AI projects, hackathons, startups, or university projects

Most importantly, you're someone who:

• Is naturally curious and excited by emerging technology
• Wants to work directly with clients and understand real business challenges
• Enjoys collaborating with people and bringing ideas to life
• Can think creatively while also solving practical problems
• Is motivated to learn quickly in a fast-moving consulting environment
