You'll work in a collaborative setting where Agile principles are embedded into delivery culture and continuous improvement is actively championed.

Role Overview:

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile delivery and ensure the successful execution of high-quality software solutions. You'll support development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in adopting and embedding Scrum principles, enabling teams to deliver value incrementally and consistently.

This role requires strong leadership, proactive risk management, and the ability to remove impediments while driving team accountability and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement Scrum practices across projects
  • Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Guide teams in adopting Agile engineering practices
  • Remove roadblocks and proactively mitigate risks
  • Support Product Owners with backlog refinement
  • Track sprint progress and produce clear delivery reports
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to uplift Agile maturity
  • Motivate and align stakeholders across delivery teams

You Will Have:

  • Previous experience leading technology transformation engagements; Pega Platform delivery is highly advantageous
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Strong organisational awareness and stakeholder engagement skills
