Talenza is partnering with a well-established Australian institution undertaking the implementation of a new enterprise payments platform as part of a broader digital and customer modernisation program.

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead delivery-side change execution across this business-critical payments transformation.

This is a high-visibility program impacting revenue flows, finance operations and customer-facing processes.

Working closely with Technology, Finance, Risk and Customer teams, you will:

  • Execute change and engagement activities aligned to the payments platform rollout
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across Finance, Operations and Digital teams
  • Conduct and refine impact assessments across affected business units
  • Lead business readiness and transition activities
  • Support operational process uplift aligned to new payment flows
  • Facilitate workshops with senior and operational stakeholders
  • Track adoption, behavioural change and risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance and control requirements are embedded

This role requires a pragmatic operator comfortable working across both technical and business stakeholders in a regulated, member based environment.

  • Demonstrated Change Management experience delivering enterprise system implementations
  • Experience supporting payments, billing or financial platform transformations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capability across Finance, Technology and Operations
  • Experience operating within regulated or complex enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to drive adoption across cross-functional teams
  • Strong facilitation and communication capability
  • Experience within academia, medical institutions, not-for-profit or member-based organisations highly regarded
  • Prosci / ADKAR exposure desirable
  • $150k + super + salary packaging
