Our Government client are looking for a highly capable and experienced Change Manager to join the organisation. In this role, you will be working across a wholistic Student Support Program.

Role Title: Change Manager

Contract Role Till: Until the 18th of December 2026

Daily Pay: Between $900 - $1,000 + Super per day

Location: 2-3 days per week in office at Macquarie Park (2113), the rest is WFH.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience leading organisational change for transformation programs.
• A proven track record of successfully realising change objectives in complex organisational structures.
• Strong capability in change impact analysis and sophisticated analytical skills to discern change points, stakeholder needs and sentiment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation, including those at senior management levels.
• Adeptness in gauging organisational readiness and identifying risks (along with appropriate mitigations) to facilitate change implementation.
• Repeated experience in working on projects which include external vendors, consultants, Business Analysts, Testers and Solution Architects.
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, while sustaining deadlines.
• Strong self-management skills to work autonomously while also collaborating with fellow members of the change team to ensure alignment across the program.
