- 6 month contract, $900 per day
Organisation:
ASX-listed independent financial services group delivering asset management, wealth advice, and corporate trustee services. With a global multi-boutique philosophy, it serves individuals, families, advisers, and institutions across Australia, Asia, Europe, the UK, and the US. They are based in Sydney CBD with a working environment of 2 days on-site per a week.
Role:
This project has been signed-ff, approved and ready to get kick started. They have acquired a financial planning firm and will be extending their current org in Salesforce and Service cloud into this new environment. Strong Salesforce Functional consultant required to join an existing team for the inception of this engagement driving workshops, leading technical discussion, capturing requirements, building solutions in Flows.
- Provide input to projects estimate specific to a declarative part of system design.
- Support facilitation of workshops and conduct requirements gathering sessions, including review of existing processes, systems, documentation.
- Proficient in documenting as-is business processes and pain points, and designing to-be processes that address pain points.
- System configuration and customisation of flows and process builders solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- Contribute to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architect(s) and other team members.
- Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
You will have:
- 5 + years Salesforce Sales, Service loud functional experience
- Financial services domain experience - Financial planning is highly advantageous
- Expert with Process builders and Flows
- Consulting and implementation experience in translating business requirements to business solutions and customer outcomes.
- Executive presentation experience with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues and clients
- Available with in 2 weeks and based in Sydney
