We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who's passionate about technology, skilled in uncovering customer needs, and experienced in delivering innovative software solutions. • Partner with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and tech teams to gather, refine, and document business requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to deeply understand user needs.
• Create clear process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the product lifecycle, from roadmap input to release, ensuring solutions meet both business and customer goals.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with the ever-evolving product roadmap.
• Communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in a software product or SaaS environment.
• Strong customer engagement skills with a knack for turning feedback into actionable requirements.
• Proven Agile experience and ability to write clear, actionable user stories.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and similar.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering real value to end-users.
