We're partnering with a leading healthcare organisation on the build-out of their newly established Architecture Practice. This is a newly created Enterprise Architect role that will play a key part in shaping the future state of technology within a complex and highly regulated environment.

About the Role

This is a strategic role focused on enterprise-level governance, corporate systems architecture, and aligning business and technology objectives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business and IT, influencing decision-making and driving architectural best practices across a broad portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and maintenance of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models

  • Partner with business leaders and domain architects to align technology strategy with organisational goals

  • Develop architecture roadmaps and blueprints for corporate systems and key platforms

  • Support the implementation of architecture standards and ensure compliance across all initiatives

  • Provide guidance and oversight across a wide range of projects and transformation programs

  • Champion best practice across data, security, integration, and application domains

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an Enterprise Architect or Senior Solution Architect role in a large, complex organisation

  • Strong background in architecture governance, frameworks (TOGAF or similar), and stakeholder engagement

  • Experience in designing architecture across corporate and enterprise systems (e.g., finance, HR, CRM)

  • Ability to navigate complex governance, risk, and compliance environments

  • Public cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) highly regarded

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead across the organisation
