We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst - Technology Controls
Location: Sydney CBD - 2-3 days office attendance

Type: 6M day rate contract, market rates

We're looking for a confident and collaborative SBA to join a growing team supporting control analysis, process improvement, and technology enablement within our client's program.

What You'll Do

• Drive analysis and delivery of technology controls across platforms and processes
• Supported implementation of control controls to meet compliance requirements related to operational resilience and data protection
• Translate regulatory and policy obligations into actionable tech control requirements
• Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and control owners to ensure effective implementation
• Leverage existing platforms to embed and enhance control capabilities
• Support risk assessments, gap analysis, and control testing readiness
• Define and document processes from a control-first perspective

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior BA in financial services
• Strong understanding of control obligations (e.g. SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR) and how they map to technology
• Solid grasp of technology delivery and architecture (CRMs are a bonus, not a must)
• Ability to interpret and articulate how tech capability supports compliance and control assurance
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with business and technology stakeholders
