• Lead integration of ESL tech with retail POS systems

• Manage infrastructure (cloud/on-prem) and internal tools

• Own client relationships with major retailers

• Drive projects from scoping through to go-live

• Handle technical escalations & mentor junior staff

• Support ongoing system performance & roadmap planning

• 3+ yrs in ICT, systems integration or related field

• Solid API integration & networking skills (TCP/IP, DHCP)

• Middleware, SQL, and server infrastructure know-how

• Clear communicator with strong project management chops
