Senior Business Analyst - Migration

Sydney| 6 Month Contract + likely extension | $950 day + Super

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with prior customer migration or major divestment experience. This role will see you at the heart of transitioning customer data, accounts, and services to a new environment with minimal disruption and maximum compliance.

• Drive business analysis across customer migration workstreams, ensuring a seamless end-to-end transition experience

• Define and document customer journey impacts, migration rules, and transformation logic

• Collaborate closely with data, operations, product, and legal teams to align on migration approach and controls

• Support cutover planning, defect triage, and post-migration reconciliation and reporting

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards throughout the customer transfer process

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst with end to end project delivery within financial services

• Hands-on experience with customer or account migration projects (ideally tied to divestments or M&A)

• Understanding of core banking systems, data, and customer comms in regulated environments

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business and tech domains

• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation rules, and customer impact analysis

• Intermediate SQL

Candidates must be based in Sydney with full Australian work rights. Office attendance is 2-3 days per week
